What happens if Arrow misses a policy change?

The liability sits with us, not with the firm that recommended us. Arrow monitors every official government source globally, every day. If a policy change affecting one of your clients is published, we surface it.

What does Arrow cost the firm?

Nothing. Arrow is free to firms. Clients who choose to enroll pay $25/month directly to Arrow.

How does revenue share work?

The core value of Arrow is that your clients are continuously routed back to you. Beyond that, we believe immigration lawyers are essential infrastructure for global mobility and should participate in Arrow's success. Partner firms can opt in to revenue share and receive 40% of every dollar their clients spend with Arrow.

How much can my firm earn through Arrow?

It depends on how many of your clients relocate on non-permanent status and choose to enroll. We've built a calculator that estimates earnings based on your firm's volume — see the projection.

Can I review alerts before they go to my clients?

Yes. Every alert is queued in your dashboard for 24 hours before reaching the client. You can review and freeze any pending alert with one click. When you freeze an alert, we follow up to understand what was wrong with it, and the feedback gets built directly into the product.

What about disclosure?

Disclosure obligations under bar rules vary, and remain the firm's responsibility. We surface the relationship publicly so the disclosure isn't yours alone to carry. In the footer of every client page, we state: “Arrow believes immigration lawyers are essential infrastructure for global mobility. We may compensate partner firms in connection with recommending our service.” This language is jurisdiction-agnostic by design.

Who owns the client's data?

Clients own their data. Arrow processes it to deliver personalized alerts. Firms see only the clients they've shared Arrow with, and only the alerts those clients have received.

Can clients see they were referred by my firm?

Yes. Each firm receives a SmartLink with your name in the URL, and your firm is acknowledged on the client onboarding page as the referring partner. The Arrow relationship is yours as much as it is ours.

Can alerts be customized at the firm level?

Alerts are already personalized — but at the client level, not the firm level. Two clients on the same visa with different family situations or timelines receive different alerts on the same policy change. Firm-level customization would override that, which is why we don't offer it.

Which countries does Arrow cover?

More than 80 immigration markets globally.

What happens if a client cancels?

They stop receiving alerts. The firm is notified. The relationship ends cleanly with no further action from either side.
