We started Arrow because the system that governs international movement is changing faster than the people inside it can keep up. Rules shift. Deadlines move. Status holders find out late, if at all. That is an infrastructure problem worth solving.

Alan began his career in private equity and went on to build one of Canada's leading healthy hospitality brands, acquired in 2024. Most recently, he advised SMBs and mid-market companies on AI implementation. Arrow is the culmination of a decade spent building at the intersection of technology and lived experience.

Sean built Arrow's technical infrastructure from zero, designing the AI workflows that turn fragmented immigration data into real-time, personalized monitoring at scale. Before Arrow, he spent his career building enterprise-grade AI applications for Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, manufacturing, food distribution and travel.
